We are seeking a Lead IT Architect to support Honeywell Aerospace by shaping our end‑to‑end enterprise IT landscape. This is not a single‑domain or single‑tool role—instead, you will architect comprehensive, integrated solutions across PLM, product engineering, project engineering, NPI, and DevSecOps environments.
You will drive enterprise-wide platform strategy, work with cutting-edge SaaS, cloud, and on-prem systems, and influence how engineering and product development happens across Honeywell globally.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, understands the full ecosystem of engineering and digital product development, and wants to architect solutions that impact thousands of users across multiple Honeywell businesses.

As a guide Enterprise Architect at Honeywell, you will be accountable for designing and evolving our technology landscape, aligning our architecture with strategic business goals and industry best practices to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of our technology solutions.
You Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 7 and more years in solution architecture/deployment in PLM, product engineering, project engineering, or DevSecOps
• 4 and more; years with Teamcenter or Windchill in an architect role
• 4 and more; years working with NPI or project engineering systems
We Value
• Experience implementing PLM, DevSecOps, and PPM platforms
• Proficiency with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration principles
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across global teams
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, and modern DevSecOps toolchains
• Ability to simplify complex concepts, set priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment

Platform and Solution Delivery
- Deliver global PLM solutions and partner with SBG engineering teams to drive optimization and investment planning.
- Design end-to-end NPI solutions for tracking programs, SKUs, product data, and pipeline visibility.
- Support and enhance project engineering platforms to enable automation of design and execution workflows.
- Ensure IT systems meet business process requirements across engineering, GPMO, and offering management.
- Partner with delivery teams to standardize processes and define new ones.
- Lead integration architecture for Teamcenter, Cora, Accolade, Jira, and related systems.
- Collaborate with global and offshore teams across development, support, and optimization.
Architecture Strategy and Roadmap
- Build and align enterprise-wide roadmaps for PLM, NPI tools, and project engineering technologies.
- Provide strategic input into STRAP and AOP planning.
- Integrate SBG-specific business processes with platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Jira, and others.
- Partner with GDM and Enterprise Services to define standards and align roadmaps for digital customer experience capabilities.
- Document architectures and guide platform and solution teams.
- Lead R&D, POCs, and technology selection for PLM, project engineering, and DevSecOps systems.
- Ensure compliance with all security, data privacy, vulnerability, and accessibility standards.
- Work with IT and infrastructure leaders on technology lifecycle governance.
Solution and Service Optimization
- Drive platform commonality across Honeywell enterprise for PLM, NPI, and project engineering tools.
- Partner with service and ops leaders to support engineering and project management solutions.
- Serve as a liaison for successful solution implementation and operationalization.
- Identify and implement improvements to technical solution processes.
