As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr Adv here at Honeywell, you will drive advanced manufacturing strategies, optimize processes, and implement cutting-edge technologies to achieve operational excellence and innovation. You will report directly to our Director Adv Manufacturing Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Norcross, GA location on an On-site work schedule.

THE BUSINESS UNIT
Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.

- Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization.
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
