We are seeking a highly performing Enterprise Consultant to drive large Enterprise programs. Requires strong hunter mindset, responsible for originating, shaping, and owning large, complex, enterprise-scale digital, AI, and autonomous engagements. This role requires Day-1 effectiveness, deep customer credibility, and end-to-end ownership from opportunity creation through support in closure.
Experience & Persona
- 15 years of experience in enterprise solutions consulting, or business development
- Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline creation, and large deal closure
- Strong domain experience in Oil & Gas, Core Energy, Core Process industries
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation, AI, connected solutions, and Autonomous Operations
- Experience orchestrating multi-solution, cross-portfolio enterprise offerings
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferred An MBA in General Management and certification in AI
Core Responsibilities:
Enterprise Customer Ownership
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers
- Build and sustain long-term C-suite relationships
- Own the engagement end-to-end, from strategy and commercial shaping through closure
Consultative & Solution Selling
- Understand customer strategy and pain points; propose outcome-based value propositions
- Lead digital, AI, and autonomy advisory discussions
- Develop business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps
- Shape enterprise commercials (outcome-based fees, enterprise licensing, bundled offerings)
Strategy & Execution
- Strategize enterprise-scale engagements, including competitive positioning
- Align the right Honeywell stakeholders at the right time to move deals forward
Collaboration & Internal Rigor
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Consulting, and Delivery teams
- Provide customer insights to refine offerings and go-to-market strategy
- Establish disciplined governance across pursuits and active engagements
Growth & Market Leadership
- Proactively identify opportunities that can scale into enterprise programs
- Build and lead engagement teams for priority opportunities
- Act as a thought leader through industry events, panels, and content creation
