As a Program Planning Specialist at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving the success of strategic initiatives. Your expertise in program planning, budget management, and risk assessment will ensure timely project delivery aligned with organizational goals. As a Sr IT Engineer here at Honeywell, you will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and innovative solutions that drive company success.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or PMO related experience
  • Proven track record in program planning or a related field, meeting quality, and timeline expectations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies
  • Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and operational governance.
  • Experience with resource staffing and vendor billing processes.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Direct experience in implementing and supporting global technology solutions across time zones strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
  • A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
