As a Principal IT Project Manager at Honeywell, you will guide and oversee strategic IT projects, ensuring successful project delivery, effective resource management, and alignment with business objectives, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices.

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least 6 years of experience in SAP program management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• The ability to gather fragmented information and build a cohesive, actionable plan.

• Expert-level experience using JIRA or similar platforms for tracking requirements and project milestones.

• Partner with functional SMEs to analyze and document business requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that system designs meet the operational needs of diverse departments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT technical team.
• Synthesizing complex data. Take technical information and create a clear, unified vision for stakeholders at all levels.
• Leverage your familiarity with SAP modules and technical terminology to audit and verify that the delivered solutions align with the original business intent.
