MUST HAVE
- Bachelor´s degree completed (Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
- Leadership skills
- Ability to provide engineering support to the Project Manager and follow up with project teams.
- Engineering background with Project Management knowledge.
- Strong project leadership skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively as a project leader.
- Experience implementing process or project improvements.
- Availability to travel 60–75%.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and structure project teams.
- Experience working on projects with various international clients, attending meetings with Project Managers, and assigning tasks to the team.
- Background in project management and personnel coordination.
