As a Program Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and enhancing the methodology, governance framework, and tools essential for the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will ensure that our project management frameworks are effective and aligned with our organizational goals, facilitating transparency and operational excellence.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or PMO related experience
• Proven experience in project governance methodology, tools, and processes.
• A track record of creating and refining project methodologies and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with PMO tools and their application in project management (Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
