  • Fast-Paced, Semi-Autonomous Role, managing (planning and execution) all aspects of Customer service, Technology promotion & support and product delivery throughout the covered areas – requires significant level or business travel mostly interstate
  • Working with Sales and technical support team, to provide relevant professional technical support for Pre-sales, After-sales, training service to help the local business growth in country and Asia Pacific region.
  • Lead vertical solution consulting and design
  • Directly report to Sales leader and dotted line to technical leader (as needed), measured by sales achievement (overlay or team target) and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the growth strategy (STRAP) of the country and APAC region, and execute it throughout the covered areas.

As a Sr Applications/Systems Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of sales engineers, develop sales strategies, provide technical expertise, and foster customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or above with strong technical background in field like computer or software, Automation Control or HVAC etc
  • 10Y+ Experiences in system integration or development in Building Automation, IoT, HVAC, Automation Controls in Commercial or Industrial market etc.
  • Experience in Project management will be a plus.
  • Experience in software development and design in IoT, Building Automation, Automation controls will be a plus.
  • Familiarity working with some common protocols, like TCP/IP, Bacnet, LON, Modbus etc will be plus.
  • Strong Leadership, Self-managed, good team work, proactive and strong execution
  • Customer driven and service attitude


  • Pre-sales support: Vertical solutions design and Demo based on Niagara Framework, and provide pre-sales support to Sales team to win the opportunities, and promote Tridium’s product to the new vertical market.
  • After-sales support: Provide professional service support to our partners, including the training, solution consulting, and customization service etc.
  • Community support Assist to build collateral material, such as the technical guide, technical article, technical portal, technical forum, as required for the region to sell and service offerings
  • Be a self driven technical expert capable of learning existing and new technology in the computer science, software and AI etc.
  • Ability to brief and provide training to the customers in the country.
