Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex avionics systems, focusing on Automatic Flight Control Systems for Business, Regional, and General Aviation platforms, including fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, and future UAM/UAS, within the most advanced integrated flight deck, Honeywell Anthem. You will play a crucial role in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, engaging in every aspect of the systems lifecycle from business development to product end of life.

As a Sr Advanced Systems Engr here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of systems engineers in designing, developing, and delivering advanced systems. You will shape technological advancements and manage project portfolios. You will report directly to our Engineering and you’ll work out of our Deer Valley location in Phoenix, AZ on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering, science, or technology).
- 6 years of experience in flight controls or other avionics or engineering programs.
WE VALUE
- Experience with all aspects of automatic flight controls systems.
- General avionics experience and knowledge.
- Understanding of the systems or software development lifecycle.
- Aerospace Engineering majors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt as program needs dictate.
- Effective communication skills.
