  • Business analysis in a complex and Cross-Functional Stakeholder environment
  • Overall 10+ years of software development experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in Agile development environments as a Product Owner/Business Analyst
  • Maintains a strong understanding of the latest trends and technology shifts within the Buildings Domain (HVAC / Security), proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Proficient in multiple Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, UX, and other frameworks​
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve, or lead the solving of, strategic problems of high complexity on a large scale​

  • Consult with product stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
  • You will work with Product Managers to evaluate the product Roadmap to identify features for development and identify "definition of done" for each feature
  • Lead robust, fast (through) inceptions (identify scope, value, solution and release plan) and Own prioritized actionable backlogs
  • Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with external stakeholders while balancing business requirements with technical requirements
  • Elicit, capture, analyze, refine and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other technical documentation
  • Research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to the HCE business model and domain area needs
  • Dissect high-level information into details and communicate details in a manner understood by relevant audiences
  • Attend standups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key meetings for the scrum team
  • Co-own Release Plans and communicate changes to stakeholders regularly
  • Follow complete lifecycle of project benefit, including reporting back on adoption, business value and customer satisfaction post go-live
  • Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other product variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships
