As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products within our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
You will work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a onsite work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1st shift 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
- Oversee and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage inventory control processes, including tracking shipments, updating records, and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and improve overall supply chain performance.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 years or more of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and tools to manage logistics operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in shipping and receiving.
