As a Senior Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing strategic programs that align with our organizational goals. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs while providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location on an Onsite work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in program management software and tools.

- Lead and manage the execution of strategic programs from initiation to closure.
- Develop program plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
