As a Pre Sales / Sys Sales Engineer (FSE) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing expert technical advice, Demo and solutions to clients. You will be responsible for Driving specifications, estimating project costs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring that our offerings meet the security and system design requirements of our customers.

You will report directly to National Sales Manager, and you’ll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on the success of our sales initiatives by delivering high-quality technical proposals and ensuring that our solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of system design and security principles.
  • Proficiency in estimation techniques and tools for project costing.
  • Experience with design software and methodologies relevant to system engineering.

WE VALUE

  • Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in leading pre-sales activities and technical presentations from Access Control is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in system design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and prepare detailed project estimates.
  • Design and propose security solutions that meet client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Product Sales training for Channel Partners

  • Customer Technical Demo’s and Presentation. Onsite Demo’s / POC’s
  • Tender Documentation and Compliance
