As a Sr Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Process Automation (PA) business unit. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Electronic engineer or Computer systems engineer
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Process Automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient English level
