As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead our Field Service team, optimise operations, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of BMS controls systems
- 3+ years of experience as a Technician
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party BMS equipment
- Fault finding and problem-solving using hands on methods as well as software tools such as trending and reports
- Utilise knowledge of standard BMS interfaces such as BACnet, Modbus, and others
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
- Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives
