As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing financial insights and analysis that drive strategic decision-making within the organization. You will report directly to our Sr. Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the Aero business unit by delivering accurate financial forecasts, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will drive financial strategies, provide insightful guidance, and ensure operational excellence, directly impacting our growth, profitability, and long-term financial health. You will report directly to our Sr. Director Finance, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel and ERP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
