As a Sr. Risk Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the resilience and success of our organization. You will report directly to our Director of Risk Management, and you’ll work out of our New York location on a Hybrid work schedule.

By supporting the development and implementation of the risk management strategy and framework, you will contribute to protecting the company's assets, reputation, and financial stability. Your expertise in risk management will help drive informed decision-making and ensure that risk management is integrated into all business processes.

As a Sr Risk Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, develop strategies, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will report directly to our Director Risk Management and you’ll work out of our New York location on a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3 plus years, experience in corporate risk management and/or equivalent broker or insurer claims/underwriter experience. Property and casualty experience including claims administration and program placement. Use of specialized software for claims management, exposure collection and report processing.
• Experience in risk management or insurance related field preferred
• Experience preferably in the commercial insurance, risk management and/or brokerage environment.
• Ability to solve problems by considering courses of action within the framework of management's goals and standards.
• Experience in insurance related financial reporting and compliance

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,700-$133,400. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Collect internal underwriting data and presentations for annual program renewal
• Manage Workers Compensation, Auto and Commercial General Liability claims including third party administrators and brokers
• Oversight of all self insured filings in applicable states
• Assist Director of Risk Management in assessing Total Cost of Risk (TCOR)
• Work with the risk team, brokers and underwriters to develop and implement premium allocations for the various insurance programs for each business segment
• Process all invoices (wires) for the risk management programs
• Assist Director Risk Management in annual departmental budgeting and AOP forecasts
• Responsible for collecting all SAS 70 information from insurers and 3rd party administrators
• Monitor monthly Risk Management expenditures for accuracy
• Serve as the lead contact for Risk Management SOX reporting and audit.
• Oversight of annual internal and external audits
