As a Sr Integrity & Compliance Specialist here at Honeywell, you will provide guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters, ensuring that all operations and transactions are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards. You will conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential compliance risks. Leading investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies will be part of your responsibilities, and you will take appropriate actions to address any identified issues. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance, promoting a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
In this role, you will impact the organization by fostering a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive integrity and compliance program across the organization, ensuring that all business units comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

As a Sr Integrity & Compliance Specialist here at Honeywell, you will guide business units on integrity and compliance, conduct risk assessments, lead investigations, and develop training programs to promote a strong ethical culture.You will report directly to our Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- At least 4 years of experience in HR or compliance experience
- Expert knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to integrity and compliance.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing integrity and compliance programs.

- Provide guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters

- Lead investigations into potential compliance violations and ethical misconduct
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of integrity and compliance programs and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure integrity and compliance in business operations
- Stay uptodate with changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies related to integrity and compliance.
