Project Manager (Sr Adv Proj Mgmt. Specialist) is responsible for managing the projects assigned with Waterfall or Agile project execution method. Duties include liaising with various global stakeholders, build and drive the projects to successful completion. This includes extensive coordination with various Honeywell cross-functional teams like Regional project manager, Engineering manager, Operations Manager, Engineering team, Honeywell Factory and various vendors for material supply or engineering labor. The activities would include project tracking and control using M.S project/ Primavera and tracking the same on a weekly basis and documenting delays/ change to baseline with clear reasons/ causes for delay. To ensure the delivery of projects by ensuring that best practices in project management are consistently implemented. Cost monitoring on a regular basis and tracking any deviations against the estimated cost. Identifying and tracking emerging risks during execution and preparing a mitigation plan. Coordinating and arranging manpower from suppliers based on skills required.

As a Sr Adv Proj Mgmt Specialist here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage complex projects, ensuring successful delivery and providing expert guidance. Your leadership and technical skills will drive timely, budget-compliant results.
- B.E / B.Tech. (Chemical/Petrochemical/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electronics/IT/CS) with a minimum of 12-15 years of Max. overall professional experience
- Project management experience (min 8+ years) to handle projects covering the Refinery & Petrochemical sector.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Industrial digital transformation projects management experience will be added plus.
- PMP®, Prince®, CSM®& Azure certification will be added plus.
- Familiarity with Planning & Scheduling tools (MS Projects/ Primavera) is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Self-sufficient Personality & Problem solving attitude.
- Outstanding coordination skills & Good listener
- Empathetic negotiation skills
- Flexible in work assignments (This being dynamic role, the selected candidate must be open to changes in work profile, to meet business requirements)
- Excellent and demonstrated business and finance acumen
- Preferably, HCI product background / Exposure is needed (at least 2-3 products)
Responsible for the measurement & control project metrics. For example, Quality, delivery, cost & schedule and submitting the project plans/progress on time, change requests and documentation of change to baseline etc.
• Ensure that support services are delivered to customers under the Support contract (including BGP, BGP+, Digital Sustenance and Connected Services Offering).
• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction to ensure 100% retention.
• Establish MOS for key customer accounts (Periodic meetings, WP, PSR)
• Create/Track SIOP for Digital Sustenance, BGP+ and Connected Services.
• Customer advocate and HCI Escalation focal point for any issues during Support Contract duration.
• Deliver Revenue, Billing, collection & CSI as per forecast.
• Maintain RAIL for key customers and own the RAIL. Coordinate with various Honeywell teams like GTAC, Engineering, Product Managers, LSS, GES, etc for driving all actions to closure.
• Actively support Sales team to build a strong and quality opportunity pipeline for significant business growth.
• Own the delivery of Connected Services Offering including Kick Off Meeting, Periodic Customer Reviews, Planned Upgrades, etc.
• Own the NPS (Net Promoter Score) for AMS & deploy actions to improve the score.
• Work closely with GTAC (Global Technical Assistance Centre) team to review aging SRs and develop plans to reduce the SR resolution time.
• Drive SIOP, EAC & CO management, Revenue forecast & margin improvement
• Regular interaction & progress reporting with drive weekly project review internal/external meetings
• Experience in Projects & AMS (After-market services) & Experience in Agile methodologies
• Work Authorization initiation and change order management
• Project planning & controls, project resource management
• Risk identification and mitigation for all projects of designated area
• Achieve organization Metrics goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity & Customer feedback which are in line with customer & employee satisfaction and Business growth

• 25% travelling is envisaged for this role.
