As a Sr Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for our business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.
In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and protecting the company's interests.

As a Sr Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will manage and oversee the contract lifecycle, working with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks. You will report directly to our Sr Contracts Manager and you’ll work out of our Prague, Czechia location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate and up to date contract records and documentation
- Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution
