As a Sr IT Engineer here at Honeywell, you will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and innovative solutions that drive company success.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and managing patching and compliance using Intune, SCCM, and Tanium.
- 8+ years of experience in operational support of enterprise end-user compute ecosystem.
- Must have scripting skills with PowerShell, or other related technologies.
- Experience with Power Bi or Splunk or other reporting tools
- Experience with ServiceNow or another similar formal Service Management platform and/or methodology.
- Experience in vulnerability scanning and management tools such as Rapid7, Qualys, etc
- Supported between at least 15000 – 200,000 devices in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Windows architecture and Zero-touch management and deployment.
- Microsoft EMS (Intune, Autopilot & Azure AD), incl. integration with Auto Pilot

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage patching and compliance including onboarding/offboarding workstations, creating deployments, maintenance windows, patch exclusions, troubleshooting, and generating reports and dashboards.
- Understand operational methods, challenges, and standardization approaches in a mix of Corporate network and Operational Technology (OT)/Manufacturing space.
- Collaborate effectively across IT teams, suppliers, and business customers on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
- Identify and implement optimizations to improve security posture and reduce overall open vulnerabilities in the cloud ecosystem.
- Ensure solutions meet cyber safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements of the business.
- Ensure solutions conform to Corporate and Industry standards, are documented, kept current, and keep pace with business demands.
- Manage and maintain documentations (build books, runbooks etc.)
- Drive roadmaps and timelines for new patching capabilities and functionality.
- Foster an "Automate first" culture that embeds optimization and automation opportunities from the onset, accelerating adoption and rollout plans in the existing infrastructure.
- Participate in calls with other members to address and troubleshoot application and or infrastructure related issues
- Create compelling business cases around problems, outcomes, risks, benefits and the financial justification required to execute on them.
