As a Business Development Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies focused on Aramco Digital connected buildings, driving connectivity, and promoting our Forge software for buildings in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders while leading a team of business development professionals to achieve our business objectives.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Sales and you’ll work out of our Dammam, Saudi Arabia location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact operational efficiency, lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and the overall growth of our connected building solutions, contributing to the success of Honeywell in the region.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in business development or sales within the connected buildings / IoT / smart buildings domain
  • Proven background in connectivity and IoT platforms, with strong understanding of software solutions for building management
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies and build partnerships with software vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with Aramco or within the Saudi market
  • Experience with smart city platforms and data-center related solutions
