As an Advanced Elect Design Engr here at Honeywell, you will lead electrical engineering projects, oversee design and implementation, and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with teams to drive innovation and achieve objectives.

QUALIFICATION:

B.E/B. Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics & Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Power electronics

EXPERIENCE:

8-12 years


Job Description:

  • Component selection and design of Analog & Digital circuits
  • Microcontroller and Microprocessor based digital designs for interfacing memory and other peripherals.
  • Power electronics circuit design
  • Electronics circuit simulations using LTspice & Pspice
  • Usage of Schematic and Layout tools like Orcad, Xpedition, etc.
  • Understanding of the EMI/EMC compliant robust Design and testing methodologies & support the certification team on required documentation.
  • Understanding of Design development Testing such as functional & Environmental & Compliance requirements
  • Usage of Electronic Test & Measurement equipment’s
  • Understanding of CPLD, FPGA based designs
  • Power budgeting, Thermal calculation & Design documentation and EBOM cost optimization.
  • AC/DC, DC/DC converter power supply design, development and testing.
  • Analytical thinking capabilities in debugging the PCBA failure in a complex system.
  • Understanding of the Hardware Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in Six Sigma methodology and statistical analysis and proven track record applying this in prior designs will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates Good oral and written communication skills. Interacts with project team members and peers to anticipate and resolve day to day issues.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Electrical Engineering and understanding of the electrical parts, is an added advantage/skill set
  • Knowledge on Material handling equipment design would be added advantage
  • Should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional global team.
