The Senior HR Project Manager – HR Digital Platforms will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical HR digital initiatives, with primary ownership of Payroll (ADP) and Time & Attendance (SAP) platforms. This role sits within the Human Resources team and serves as the primary bridge between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑centered HR technology solutions.
This individual will be responsible for end‑to‑end project leadership, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, delivery governance, testing coordination, and post‑implementation optimization. Strong project management discipline and experience operating in complex, cross‑functional enterprise environments are essential.

The Senior HR Project Manager – HR Digital Platforms will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical HR digital initiatives, with primary ownership of Payroll (ADP) and Time & Attendance (SAP) platforms. This role sits within the Human Resources team and serves as the primary bridge between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user centered HR technology solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 or more years of project management experience, preferably within HR systems or HR digital environments
- Hands‑on experience managing enterprise HR platforms, specifically:
- Payroll systems (ADP strongly preferred)
- Time & Attendance solutions (SAP preferred)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with IT teams and external vendors
- Strong experience with:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Cross‑functional stakeholder management
- Enterprise‑scale project delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences

- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification

- Knowledge of HR service delivery models and shared services environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Digital Platform
• Act as the HR business owner and project lead for Payroll and Time & Attendance platforms, including ADP Payroll and SAP Time & Attendance
• Own the HR digital roadmap for assigned platforms, aligning enhancements and initiatives to business needs, compliance requirements, and IT standards
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Payroll, HR Operations, Compliance, Talent, Total Rewards) to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
Project Management
• Lead end‑to‑end project management for HR digital initiatives, including:
• Project planning and scoping
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Timeline, budget, and resource coordination
• Stakeholder communication and change readiness
•
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity and urgency
• Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, and executive‑level communications
IT Partnership
• Serve as the primary HR partner to IT for system design, integrations, security, testing, and deployment
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors (e.g., ADP, SAP partners) to ensure:
• Clear ownership and accountability
• Timely delivery
• Alignment to architecture and security standards
• Facilitate design discussions to balance HR needs with technical feasibility and long‑term scalability
Requirements & Solution Design
• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with HR and business stakeholders
• Translate business processes into clear, actionable functional requirements
• Collaborate with IT on solution design, integrations, and system configurations
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, payroll, and timekeeping compliance requirements
Testing, Deployment & Optimization
• Coordinate HR user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate business readiness
• Support deployment planning, cutover activities, and stabilization
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancements, process efficiencies, and automation opportunities post‑launch
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
