In this role, you will document, measure, and follow up on the end-to-end processes related to financial IT management, procurement, and project requirements. You will oversee and analyze large datasets, gather complex requirements, define actions with multiple stakeholders, identify risks during the process and implement preventive and corrective actions.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in finance, business administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes focused on IT services.
- Proficiency in financial models and data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Proficiency in Ivalua (creating purchase orders, good receipts, statement of work (SOW).
- Intermediate level in Smartsheet for designing trackers and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the chargeback process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations or solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and implement effective management operating systems (MOS) for vendor governance, procurement requirements, and project finances (budget management, financial models, forecast)
- Document the existing and new processes.
- Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders in the chargeback and reclassification processes, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the respective IT Service.
- Ensure end-to-end process regarding the processing of invoices and payments to the respective vendors.
- Support with procurement process (creating requisitions, statement of work (SOW) and purchase orders for IT).
- Serve as the focal point for all stakeholders regarding administrative and financial tasks to keep the services running.
