You will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes for various applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from concept to production. Your expertise in heat transfer will be crucial in optimizing the manufacturing processes’ performance and efficiency.

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you'll work at our Mexicali, Mexico location on an onsite work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering.
  • Proactive, Customer-oriented, Gemba, Hands-on and accountable approach.
  • Self-awareness, openness to provide and receive feedback and a structured career path in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Able to elaborate with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (NX).

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
