As a Sr Applications/Systems Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be the driving force behind our organization's success, leading a team of talented sales engineers and working closely with various departments to ensure the sales and growth of our complex application and system solutions.

You will report directly to our Industrial Vertical Strategic Sales Leader and you’ll work out of our Honeywell locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall sales strategy and execution, providing deep technical expertise and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

As a Sr Applications/Systems Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be the driving force behind our organization's success, leading a team of talented sales engineers and working closely with various departments to ensure the sales and growth of our complex application and system solutions. You will report directly to our Industrial Vertical Strategic Sales Leader and you’ll work out of our Honeywell locations and work Remote.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8 or more years of transferable experience in sales engineering roles.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background in application and systems engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $142,000 - $178,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
