Scope of Responsibilities
Overall O&M Management
The Service Manager shall manage 24×7 O&M operations for:
ICCC facility and integrated applications
City surveillance field infrastructure
Data Center (IT and facility systems)
Electrical, power, and ELV systems
Shall lead and supervise L1/L2/L3 technical teams deployed at ICCC, Data Center, and field locations
Shall ensure compliance with contractual SLAs, KPIs, and O&M obligations
Leading ICCC & Data Center Operations Team
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
City Surveillance & Field Infrastructure Monitoring
Shall be responsible for O&M of:
IP cameras, Public Address System and Emergency Call Box ,VMD , Env Sensor poles, mounts, junction boxes
OFC backbone and last-mile connectivity
Field switches and power distribution systems
Coordination with team to ensure camera uptime, video quality, and restoration within defined SLA timelines. Shall coordinate field teams for breakdown maintenance and asset replacement
Incident, Problem & Escalation Management and act as the single point of escalation for critical technical incidents. ensure incident logging, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions. Shall minimize MTTR through proactive monitoring and coordinated response. Timely submit RCA and incident reports to the SPV/Authority
Team & Resource Management
Shall manage multidisciplinary teams including:
IT and network engineers
Surveillance field technicians
Electrical and facility engineers
Shall plan shift rosters, on-call support, and resource availability
Shall ensure skill readiness and periodic training of deployed manpower
Vendor, OEM & AMC Management
Shall coordinate with OEMs and AMCs for:
IT hardware and software
Surveillance systems
Electrical and facility equipment
Shall track warranties, spares, replacements, and vendor SLA compliance
Reporting, Audit & Compliance
Shall prepare and submit:
Daily, weekly, and monthly O&M reports
SLA and uptime reports
Power availability and incident reports
Provide support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements of SPV, Police, and Government authorities
Shall ensure adherence to cyber security, data privacy, and retention policies

The Service Manager shall be responsible for end-to-end technical Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Smart City Surveillance and ICCC project, including ICCC operations, Data Center (IT & non-IT), city-wide field infrastructure, network, and electrical/power systems. The Service Manager shall ensure 24×7 availability, SLA compliance, safety, and smooth functioning of all systems during the O&M period.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / IT / Computer Science / Engineering
Minimum 15 years overall experience, with at least 6 years in O&M of Smart City / Surveillance / Data Center projects
Proven experience in managing IT, field infrastructure, and electrical systems together
Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL v4
Data Center / Electrical Safety certification
PMP / PRINCE2
Deployment Requirement
The Service Manager shall be deployed full-time at the project location
Shall be available 24×7 on-call during the O&M period
