As a Sr Advanced Software Engr here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of software engineers, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet software engineering requirements. You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Bengaluru, Karnataka location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Sr Advanced Software Engr here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of software engineers, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Extensive experience with modern DevOps tools and automated deployment strategies.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and safety-focused environment.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs using Golang and Python.
- Architect and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
- Hands on experience for AI / MLOps and able to architect / develop MLOps pipelines and observability
- Implement robust automation frameworks to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to integrate software solutions into complex HON platforms.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and containerization strategies.
- Maintain the highest standards of code quality and safety-critical documentation in alignment with aerospace regulations.
