As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of programs within the Building Automation sector. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Pheonix, AZ location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Building Automation programs, driving improvements and ensuring that customer needs are met through innovative solutions.

As a Program Specialist II at Honeywell, based in our Pheonix, AZ location, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of Building Automation programs, reporting directly to the Program Manager and driving efficiency, quality, and on-time project delivery through innovative solutions that meet customer needs

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2-4 years’ relevant program or project management experience
  • Experience in building technology (Building Automation, Construction, Data Centers, fire, security, alarms, or other building controls) within the commercial/industrial construction industry)
  • Creating or co-creating project/program budgets.
    Experience managing portfolio of multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to gain access to Federal sites

  • Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114k - $142k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
