The AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Order Entry Specialist plays a mission critical role in ensuring aircraft are returned to service as quickly as possible. This position demands exceptional accuracy, urgency, and customer focus to process time sensitive AOG orders in SAP HANA and CRM systems. You will directly support airline operators, Channel partners, and aviation partners by ensuring every order is entered flawlessly and expedited with zero delays.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Systems Management
- Enter and validate AOG orders accurately in SAP HANA within defined turnaround times.
- Utilize SFDC CRM to manage customer cases, track updates, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain 100% accuracy while processing high‑priority AOG orders from receipt until shipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Support) to eliminate delays and ensure fastest possible order fulfillment.
Customer Interaction & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and phone, ensuring seamless communication throughout the order lifecycle.
- Proactively contact customers for missing or unclear information to avoid processing delays.
- Demonstrate a customer‑obsessed mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects urgency and ownership.
Operational Excellence
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced, critical operations environment.
- Prioritize AOG orders effectively in situations involving multiple simultaneous customer demands.
- Ensure complete documentation, compliance, and audit readiness for all processed orders.
- Monitor order progress until shipment and ensure customers are informed of status updates.
