Senior ISC Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Senior ISC Analyst at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution, optimize processes, and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end ISC projects by contributing to planning, execution, tracking, and performance monitoring activities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project plans, timelines, cost forecasts, and performance dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP
- Perform detailed cost and variance analysis across procurement, logistics, raw materials, packaging, transportation, and energy spend
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to identify cost optimization and value‑creation opportunities
- Support cross‑functional teams in identifying risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities within supply chain processes
- Provide regular analytical insights and structured reporting to ISC leadership, including Procurement, Operations, and Finance stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting process standardization, cost transparency, and performance management
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, financial governance, and internal compliance requirements
- Support budget, forecast, and actuals analysis for ISC initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and decision‑ready insights
Key Skills & Capabilities
- Strong analytical and financial acumen applied to supply chain environments
- Solid understanding of procurement, logistics, and plant cost structures
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Proven capability to work effectively in cross‑functional, multinational environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, automation, and modeling) and Power BI
- Experience working with SAP in operational and financial contexts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support senior stakeholders through data‑driven analysis
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach to problem solving
