We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Advanced Test Engineer to join our MB ecosystem team, specializing in intrusion and access control products. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in intrusion detection and access technologies and a proven track record in software quality assurance, automation, and scripting. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.

- Extensive domain knowledge in intrusion and access control systems, including experience testing related products.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript) for test automation and tool development.
- Min. 5 years of experience with automation testing frameworks and tools like Selenium and Jenkins.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems and identify critical test scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written Polish and English communication skills; proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, global teams.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud-based environments and testing IoT devices.
- Knowledge of security protocols, standards, and compliance requirements relevant to intrusion and access control systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, embedded systems, and hardware/software integration testing.
- Certifications in software QA, security testing, or automation frameworks.

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for intrusion and access control products within the MB ecosystem.
- Implement and evolve automated test frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Analyze product requirements and specifications to identify gaps and propose effective test strategies.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across multiple platforms and environments.
- Collaborate proactively with global engineering, product management, and support teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Report, track, and manage defects using industry-standard tools; provide clear and actionable feedback to development teams.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to intrusion and access control domains.
