- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred), minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software and firmware development.
- Proficiency in C or C++ or Python programming languages.
- Extensive experience working in Linux and FreeRTOS environments, ability to read schematics and interface with hardware.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps practices and platform design.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

- Design, develop, and maintain software and firmware solutions for intrusion and access control systems within the MB ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers to define system requirements and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Implement secure coding practices and integrate security into every phase of the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Contribute to the architecture and platform design of embedded systems and related software environments.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure reliability and performance.
- Document software designs, specifications, and procedures to facilitate team collaboration and future maintenance, stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to security and access control solutions.
