You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Demopolis, AL location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our field service operations, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the organization.

As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Demopolis, AL location on a on-site work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a field environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise and support for field service operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
