As a Sr Sales Ops Specialist here at Honeywell, you will enhance sales operations, lead process optimization, and drive efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and elevate sales performance. You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 7-10 years of experience
  • SFDC operating knowledge is must to have
  • Sales incentive management is required
  • Proven experience in sales operations roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in sales or sales excellence is a plus
