We are seeking an experienced Senior Advanced Software Engineer to join our dynamic 10-person team dedicated to the development and maintenance of software and WEB solutions for the MB intrusion and access control platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in multiple programming languages, platform design, WEB technologies and communication systems, and will thrive in a collaborative environment interfacing with customers and external developers.

• Programming Languages & Frameworks: Minimum 5 years professional experience with C, C++, C#, Lua, Java, and WCF in software development.
• Experience in latest WEB technologies and database systems (SQL based).
• Platform Design: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in platform architecture, design, and implementation.
• Communication Systems: Minimum 3 years of experience working with communication systems, including integration and troubleshooting.
• Customer & Developer Interface: Proven ability to interface with customers and external developers to provide technical support and solutions
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience with intrusion and access control platforms or related security systems.
• Fluency in German for communication with international customers and partners.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
