This position is to direct the manufacturing/production activities for certain value streams and ensure production meet HSE, quality, delivery, inventory and cost objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical / Electronic / Chemical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or similar field is required.

2. At least 5 years of experience in testing engineering

3. Has direct experience in electronics product calibration or test process, such as PCBA function test

4. Familiar with LabVIEW/Test Stand software is a good plus, C# is plus as well

5. Experienced in using Six sigma tooling used like PFMEA, Control Chart, CPK, DOE, MSA etc.

6. Communication in Chinese and English--writing and oral


1. Accomplish daily production duties and Implement Honeywell Operating System in the daily work throughout the manufacturing group to reduce waste, improve lead-time in pursuit of operations metrics goals.

2. Lead build, debug, training and installation of new test equipment/Process to support defined production goals and requirements.

3. Oversee the manufacture and test of prototypes for customer evaluation of new products to support customer specifications, operations and technical marketing requirements.

4. Lead projects to re-design product options, test equipment, tooling and processes which improve product yield, cycle time or other key metrics and get financial return as a result.

5. Apply scientific principles to identify root cause(s) of manufacturing or product problems. Defines and establishes solutions and works with R&D and Materials as required to implement permanent solution.

6. Ensure that engineering activities are managed in accordance with Honeywell business conduct.

7. Participate in the Product Development team with responsibility for the required elements of the manufacturing plans, process information and associated cost data analysis. Advise R&D on applications of special processes.

8. Generate, review and update instructions or other documents in accordance with ISO9001/TS16949 quality system requirements.

9. Review manufacturing investments for technical feasibility, process fit, and cost/effectiveness, and makes recommendations for solutions or alternatives.

10. Establish and manage budgets and targets for assigned area of responsibility.
