We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist II with extensive experience in Oracle HCM and a strong background in HR data management. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality audits, and data quality checks, along with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Candidate will work from Bangalore location on a hybrid work schedule

As a Data Management Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will guide and mentor a team, set standards for data governance, optimization, and strategic utilization, and ensure our data infrastructure supports informed decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR data and its significance in organizational operations.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and HR data management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools
Manage and maintain HR data within Oracle HCM, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Skilled at handling employee life cycle management in Oracle HCM, including hiring, terminations, and employee-level changes via bulk data uploads using HSDL as well as manual entry.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform regular data quality audits and implement data quality checks to uphold data standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and enhance data management processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective HR data management and reporting.
