As a Cash Applications Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be managing the accounts receivable process by accurately recording, matching, and posting customer payments to invoices in the accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply cash receipts to the correct invoices, thus relieving accounts receivable from various customer accounts.
• Balancing daily cash receipts from customers, researching misapplied cash receipts or unidentified cash receipts.
• Daily application reconciles and sends daily cash list to collection team.
• Complete JIRA request in 48 hours.
• Apply all payments belong to 3^rd party AR, ensure no outstandings in bank account monthly.
• Maintenance of updated standard operation procedure documentation for the assigned reporting entities.

• Support internal/external audit request.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years post qualification experience.
• Have good knowledge of cash application concepts and accounting principles.
• Good oral and written English and Chinese skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Possess hands on knowledge of SAP/HRC/JIRA tool.
