What will your future role look like?
Our Electrical Engineers are responsible for the coordination and implementation of all electrical components associated with assigned system projects. They have responsibility for the timely execution, as well as the technical quality and functionality of the electrical design and implementation of assigned systems and subsystems by following technical specifications and design guidelines.

As an Electrical Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will design, develop, and implement electrical systems, provide technical expertise, and support cross-functional teams to ensure project success.You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Brno location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent combinations of experience and education
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools (Eplan...)
• Ability to travel 25-35% for project needs
• Excellent computer literacy
• Very good communication skills
• English B2 - C2 level

Your key responsibilities
- Own electrical projects end‑to‑end from day one, acting as the main technical interface for customers and ensuring clear communication throughout design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Create and maintain complete electrical design documentation, including electrical models, device layouts, panel schematics, E‑stop, network and permit drawings, as well as final as‑built documentation.
- Define electrical configurations and manage procurement, including buyout configurations, motor calculations, ordering of control panels and field devices, spare parts lists, and site readiness checklists.
- Build, test, and commission electrical systems, including prototype testing, setup of electrical networks (Profinet), frequency converters, field instrumentation, I/O checkout, and on‑site troubleshooting.
- Support installation and system handover, including device labeling, creation of electrical punch lists, resolving on‑site issues, and ensuring solutions meet project and customer requirements.
