As an Advanced Field Service Engineer - Sheet Manufacturing at Honeywell, in Sweden, you will be responsible for understanding and managing deep technical discussions with customer in order for customer to trust and invest in, mentoring engineers to accelerate their learning and to establish team wide best practices adding value both internally and externally. This is a field based role, supporting the team from the Stockholm Office with travel across the Northern Europe region (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Demark, UK And Ireland) as required.

- M.Sc. or Bachelor in Industrial Automation & control engineering or other relevant field or
- equivalent experience
- Broad understanding of automation solutions, in both DCS and QCS environment. Deep specific knowledge in relevant areas ideally with Honeywell products
- Experience within the Sheet Manufacturing environment
- Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish and English
- Driver’s licence B

- Support and coach local Field Service Engineers to add customer value and establish best practice and challenge FSEs to reach this standard
- Drive growth, using technical knowhow, to show customer added value of Honeywell’s upgrades, new products, promotions and automation plans.
- On occasion, perform hands-on work at customer site preferably to ensure knowledge transfer to a junior field service engineers
- Work with Regional Field Operating Supervisor to coordinate and fix Field Service team’s daily activities with customers (workforce planning, setup & reporting)
- Manage Sheet Manufacturing service contract activities and manage service orders (SPOT with labour) deliverables, incl. small projects
