You must have:
- Understanding of microwave signals / electrical circuitry
- Previous Skills working within an Assembly and, or Manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven competence in a similar role
- Demonstrate excellent dexterity and hand to eye co-ordination

Key Responsibilities:
- Hand assembly of Microwave Components, using soldering techniques
- Mechanical Assembly following a prescribed build process
- Following detailed assembly instructions
- Microwave testing using network analyzers
- Following detailed test instructions
- Fault finding on microwave products
- Carrying out visual quality checks and packing
- Labelling of finished parts
- Ability to identify manufacturing improvements
