As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead our Field Service team, optimize operations, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.You will report directly to our [Title] and you’ll work out of our [City, State] location on a [Hybrid, On-site, Remote] work schedule.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical installation, safety, and relevant regulations.
  • Technical Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and site plans.
  • Airside Experience: Experience working on airfield ground lighting systems and in an airport environment.

Work must often be carried out in active airport environments, requiring strict adherence to safety and operational protocols.

The role may require participating in night shifts, out-of-hours work, or an on-call system to ensure 24/7 service.


• Providing service support for complex AGL Systems.

• To ensure 100% compliance on Service Level Agreement (SLA), OTA & OTC

• Handling a team of Subcontract payroll.

• Install and commission AGL systems, including runway and taxiway lights, approach lighting, and visual aids like PAPIs/VASIs and ensuring they comply with regulations like ICAO.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on AGL systems to ensure they remain operational and compliant.

• Quickly diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in AGL equipment to minimize disruption to airport operations.

•Conduct routine inspections and tests of lighting systems to identify and address any issues before they lead to a malfunction.

•Complete and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, such as permits, safety reports, and test results.
