We have an opportunity for an Project Engineer II role to join our Honeywell Business Technologies.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
- 2 years in experience in NPI, VE/CE, and/or product life cycle management
- Knowledge on hardware & embedded product development
- Understanding of Agile development for Hardware and Software with an understanding of PI planning, sprint planning, and tools such as Jira
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and usage of the performance indicators.
- Experience as a technical expert that is multi-disciplined in understanding, mechanical electronic, or software for system integration with related Hardware
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (UL/CSA/CE)
- Ability to create and present status report when needed, highlighting the impact of external risk factors.

- Very good written and spoken English, very good communication and negotiation skills, work in the international team, ability of multitasking
- Familiarity with Fire HBT products and market/regulatory products a plus

- Manage the portfolio of Productivity Projects including Value engineering and component engineering, including metrics of performance.
- Influence and drive the program evolution from ideas to final delivery to production.
- Support initiatives like resiliency and obsolescence.
- Support engineering team to resolve project blockers.
- Apply and contribute to the improvement of the processes used in VE/CE process.
- Analysis of risk, and ability to articulate clear escalation request when needed or when project is impacted of materialized risks.
- Apply the knowledge on relevant industry standards in the area of Environmental, Electronic, Mechanical, Safety requirements for a product.
- Work in a matrix environment across multiple stakeholders comprised of development team offering managing, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, sourcing and management to achieve Fire productivity business goals.
