As a Payroll Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will process payroll accurately and on time, ensure compliance, handle inquiries, resolve discrepancies, support audits, and collaborate with HR and Finance to improve processes. You will report directly to our Payroll Manager, and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Payroll Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. You will handle payroll-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support payroll audits. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes and systems.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations

- Stay uptodate with payroll regulations and changes in tax laws
- Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues
