As a Lead Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, (internally titled _________) you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. As a Lead Hardware Engineer at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and driving the hardware design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable hardware systems.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
  • Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
  • Experience with hardware testing and validation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
