As a Director of Sales within Honeywell Building Management Systems, you will develop targeted sales strategies, manage end-to-end sales operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Phoenix Controls customers. As the Director of Sales, you will provide strategic guidance and direction for the sales organization, drive sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10 years of experience in sales

• At least 5 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership/managerial role

Experience in building automation, building management systems (BMS), valve actuators, or HVAC controls.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments.

• Pharmaceuticals & Hospitals experience.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

The annual base salary range for this position is <$175K - $220K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
