As a Group Leader here at Honeywell, you will take full Group management responsibility for the development and growth of Honeywell businesses in the country, spanning diversified lines of business. Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across the organization. In this high-impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist in the development of medium to long-term planning: Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP). This role will interact with all Regional & Global SBG/SBU leaders as well as ‘C’ level customers, suppliers, and relevant government officials.
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engage closely with our Integrated team to implement strong processes and better serve our customers.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years’ leadership, strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales or program management experience
- Experience in leadership role either as a Sales Leader or General Manager
- Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for independent line of business
- Demonstrate a successor and business/sales leader succession and development plan and execution
- Strong Financial knowledge on BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital mechanics
- Can Demonstrate how to deploy and run a Financial Pulse MOS, as well as a Sales MOS
- Bachelor or MBA preferred
- Extensive management experience with P&L accountability.
- Strong sales, branch management and operations experience.
- Industry experience, highly desired.
- Strong tactical and strategic skills required.
- Ability to motivate and build high performing teams.
- Process/systems and results orientated.
- Manages change through exploration and learning.
- Ability to provide reliable judgment in complex situations.
