YOU MUST HAVE

  • min 3 years of experience with Intellectual Property, with a focus on patents and trademarks.
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
  • Experience in conducting patent searches and analyzing prior art.

Key responsibilities:

  1. IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting patent prosecution and application drafting matters.
  2. IP Analyst II is responsible for articulating US and Non-US office action responses.
  3. IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting continued/ directed prosecution matters.
  4. IP Analyst II is responsible for managing own delivery including independent interaction with engineering & IP counsels to formulate office action response strategy.
  5. IP Analyst II is expected to apply significant product / technology knowledge of aligned business domain into the work.
